Cheque presentation for £47,500 to NSPCC
A total of £47,500 has been presented on behalf of the Freemasons Grand Charity by the Provincial Grand Master, RW Bro David Macey and Provincial Charity Steward, W Bro John Hayward.

The donation will go to the NSPCC, supporting services for children and families, which work to reduce the risk of abuse and neglect locally and throughout the UK.

The Provincial Grand Master said: "I am delighted to present this cheque to the NSPCC. The Warwickshire Freemasons are passionate about supporting the NSPCC and its work with local children and young people. Together we can make a difference to the lives of vulnerable local children and we recognise that the NSPCC cannot do this alone. I'm delighted to say that Warwickshire Freemasons will continue to support the NSPCC in any way we can."

The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children campaigns to offer children protection, and greatly appreciate this bestowed fund.

Barbara Elsey, NSPCC community fundraising manager, said, "I'd like to thank Warwickshire Freemasons and the Freemasons Grand Charity for their incredible support and generosity. The donation will have a huge impact on our services to children and young people, helping us to continue to fight for every childhood."

Since 1981, The Freemasons Grand Charity has donated more than £120 million to supporting others in need.

Grants totalling nearly £8 million are handed out each year to areas of medical research, support for children and vulnerable people, youth opportunities, hospice services, air ambulances and disaster relief.
